Privacy Policy

What VantageVoice collects, where it is stored, who processes it, and what you must never enter.

Effective:
September 2, 2026
Operator:
Ilias Jumadilov, Massachusetts, USA

1. Who operates VantageVoice

VantageVoice is currently operated by Ilias Jumadilov, an individual based in Massachusetts, USA. VantageVoice is the product name; it is not a claim that a company has already been registered. If the operator changes, that is a material change and you will be asked to review and accept a new version of this policy.

VantageVoice is currently available to participating US financial-advisor professionals aged 18 or older.

2. Sign-in information

You sign in with Google. From that sign-in we receive your name, email address, profile image and basic account metadata supplied by Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

3. Information you create in the product

  • Your professional and profile data: background, positioning, topics, credentials and similar advisor-owned information.
  • Onboarding and interview answers, including typed and spoken responses.
  • Drafts, posts, statuses and editorial history.
  • Authenticity and compliance scores, guidance and review notes generated for your content.
  • Consent records: which version of each document you accepted and when.
  • Support messages you send to us.
  • Limited technical, security and error metadata such as timestamps, request identifiers and error details needed to keep the service running.

4. Files you upload

PDF and DOCX text extraction happens in your browser. The application does not store your original files. Where a feature needs it, the extracted text (or a portion of it) is sent to an AI provider for analysis, and structured output derived from it may be stored in your account.

5. Where your data is stored and processed

These providers process data under their own terms. We do not claim that providers keep zero copies, that processing happens in a fixed geographic region, or that no human at a provider can ever access data. Those things are not verified by us and we will not state them as facts.

  • Lovable: application hosting, server runtime and the AI Gateway used for assisted text and document features.
  • Supabase (via Lovable Cloud): authentication and the PostgreSQL database that stores your account data and content.
  • Google: OAuth sign-in.
  • Google Gemini, accessed through the Lovable AI Gateway: assisted drafting, scoring and document analysis.
  • OpenAI: voice transcription and realtime voice conversation.

6. Voice features

Voice is a special case. Your audio is sent to OpenAI before any text exists, so our automated content checks cannot inspect what you say before it leaves the browser. That is why voice features require an explicit confirmation before recording starts.

The application does not store raw audio. The resulting transcript, and content derived from it, may be stored after it passes the sensitive-data check.

7. Why we process this information

We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for targeted advertising.

  • Authenticating you and keeping your account secure.
  • Creating, saving and resuming your profile, drafts and interview work.
  • Scoring, reviewing and giving editorial and compliance-conscious guidance.
  • Analysing a firm policy document you choose to upload.
  • Security monitoring, support and debugging.
  • Meeting legal obligations.

8. Information you must never enter

VantageVoice does not need — and prohibits — personal or financial information about your end clients.

  • Client names, contact details or dates of birth.
  • Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers.
  • Account, card, policy or routing numbers.
  • Account statements, tax documents or medical documents.
  • Nonpublic holdings, transactions or material nonpublic information.
  • Any combination of details that could identify a specific client.

9. Limits of our automated checks

Your own professional data and genuinely anonymized situations are allowed. We run automated checks before saving content and before sending it to an AI provider, and blocked text is not stored or transmitted. Those checks are deterministic pattern checks: they cannot reliably detect every name or quasi-identifier. You remain responsible for what you enter.

When content is blocked, we tell you only which category was detected. We do not log, store or transmit the rejected text.

10. Operator access to your content

The operator has the technical ability to access data stored in the VantageVoice database. We will not pretend otherwise. Access is limited to: support you have requested, investigating a security incident, protecting data integrity or performing a recovery, and meeting a legal obligation.

Access is minimized and recorded. There is no casual QA browsing, curiosity access, use of your content in demonstrations, or use of your content to train models.

11. Sharing

Nothing is sent automatically to LinkedIn, to your firm, to your CCO or to a compliance department. Publishing and internal delivery remain manual actions you take outside VantageVoice.

  • Service providers listed above, only as needed to operate VantageVoice.
  • Where required by law or to protect someone's safety.

12. Access, export, correction and deletion

Email hello@vantagevoice.app from your account email address to request access, an export, a correction or deletion. We verify identity using your account email and simple account facts — we will never ask you for client data to verify a request.

Active account data is kept while your account remains active. After a verified deletion request, or after your access ends, active data is deleted within 30 days. Backup copies age out on our providers' normal cycles, remain protected, and are not restored to active use.

Some data is kept in your browser's local storage on each device. That must be cleared per device; signing out clears the local data belonging to the account signing out.

13. Security

We use reasonable safeguards including authenticated access, per-account database access rules, least-privilege database grants and content checks before storage. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, and we do not claim to.

14. Eligibility and changes to this policy

Access is currently limited to participating US financial-advisor professionals aged 18 or older.

Material changes, including a change of operator, require a new document version and your renewed acceptance before you can continue using VantageVoice.

This document set is written in plain English. It is not a claim of professional legal review. Questions: hello@vantagevoice.app.
