1. Purpose and scope
This agreement covers your individual access to VantageVoice, operated by Ilias Jumadilov, Massachusetts, USA. The service helps US financial-advisor professionals develop and review their own editorial voice, and may invite participants to provide optional feedback.
2. What you may put into the product
You will use only your own professional data and fully anonymized situations. You will not enter, upload or speak any personal, financial, confidential or nonpublic information about your clients — no names, contact details, dates of birth, Social Security or account numbers, statements, tax or medical documents, nonpublic holdings or transactions, or identifying combinations of details.
Automated checks run before content is saved and before it is sent to an AI provider, but they cannot reliably catch every name or quasi-identifier. The responsibility to anonymize is yours.
3. Firm and CCO approval
You confirm that your firm's and CCO's policies allow you to use an AI tool of this kind. If you are unsure, check before continuing.
Uploading your firm's policy or advertising and communications rules is recommended if you have them available, but it is optional. Analysis of that document is guidance, not a compliance guarantee.
4. Demonstration and 'coming soon' areas
Some areas of the product are demonstrations. They show static or synthetic sample data and are not live integrations with any custodian, CRM, market data feed, archive or publishing platform. Do not rely on them as real information.
5. Independent review before external use
Anything you take out of VantageVoice goes through your own independent review and your firm's normal approval and recordkeeping process before you publish or send it externally. VantageVoice does not archive communications and is not a books-and-records system.
6. Feedback
We may use your feedback, suggestions and bug reports to improve the product, without obligation to you. This does not give us any right to use your content, and never any right to use client data.
7. Service risk
Software can be unavailable, contain bugs, produce wrong output and lose data. Keep your own copy of anything important. We may suspend or remove any feature that appears unsafe, including at short notice.
8. Confidentiality of nonpublic material
Nonpublic material — unreleased features, screens, roadmaps and pricing discussions — is confidential while it remains nonpublic. You may share it with your firm, CCO and legal advisers as needed to obtain approval or advice, on the same confidential basis.
9. Termination, export and deletion
Either side may end participation at any time. You can request an export or deletion at hello@vantagevoice.app from your account email. After a verified deletion request, or after your access ends, active data is deleted within 30 days. Backup copies age out on our providers' normal cycles, remain protected, and are not restored to active use.
10. Related documents
This agreement incorporates the VantageVoice Privacy Policy and Terms of Use. All three are effective September 2, 2026, and are operated by Ilias Jumadilov, Massachusetts, USA. Material changes require a new version and your renewed acceptance.
This document set is written in plain English. It is not a claim of professional legal review. Questions: hello@vantagevoice.app.
